Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the reporting officer in preparing submittals, reports, and required information.
Schedule appointments, interviews, and meetings.
Coordinate and follow up with relevant personnel as needed.
Periodically update reports and information to support accurate decision-making.
Handle incoming telephone calls and screen them before directing to officials.
Receive visitors/applicants and guide them to the appropriate person
