Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance interpersonal skills, communication, and emotional intelligence tailored to diverse audiences.
Assess individual and group training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations to customize content that meets specific learning objectives.
Utilize real-world scenarios and role-playing exercises to help participants practice and internalize soft skills in a safe environment.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, offering a solid foundation in understanding human behavior.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in training or coaching roles, preferably in corporate environments, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Certification in training methodologies such as NLP, DISC, or Emotional Intelligence to validate expertise in the field.
- Experience in delivering soft skills training to diverse groups, showcasing the ability to adapt content for varied audiences.
