Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through scraping tools, platforms, and databases
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, demos, and consultations
  • Maintain CRM records and track lead progress through the sales funnel
Client Engagement & Consulting
  • Understand client pain points and recommend tailored software solutions
  • Present service offerings with clarity and confidence, adapting to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and solution briefs
Software Implementation Support
  • Assist in onboarding and implementation of software solutions for new clients
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction
  • Provide post-implementation support and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales within the services industry, preferably IT or SaaS
  • Familiarity with lead scraping tools, outreach automation, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of software implementation processes and client onboarding
  • Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
  • Experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
