The Role of Sous Chef:
As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the delivery of exceptional cuisine and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and driving innovation in our menu offerings. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Our Ideal Sous Chef Will Have:
- A solid track record in a high-volume culinary environment, demonstrating creativity and proficiency in diverse cuisines.
- Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations, with strong leadership abilities and a focus on team development.
- High proficiency in kitchen management systems, inventory control, and food safety standards.
- A dedication to excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as a cultural sensitivity that enhances our diverse team environment.
