Roles & Responsibilities

Role Requirements
Proven experience in the UAE within a high-end Mediterranean fine-dining restaurant
Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes and maintain standards
Strong kitchen management & leadership skills, including team development and motivation
Solid understanding of food cost, menu engineering, inventory control & waste management
Excellent communication skills in English, with an additional European or Latin language
Calm under pressure, with the professionalism to manage high-volume, high-standard service
Must be currently in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews and trial shifts

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and strong leadership to support the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
