Roles & Responsibilities

A sophisticated European Restaurant & Bar located in Dubai is seeking a talented and driven SOUS CHEF to join its culinary brigade. This is a prime opportunity for a chef with hot kitchen expertise and a passion for upscale casual dining to thrive in a high-standard, stand-alone venue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hot kitchen operations with precision and consistency
  • Support the Head Chef in daily service and team supervision
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and speed of service
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Manage inventory and assist with purchasing
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

You should have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in UAE-based restaurants
  • Proven skills in hot section, grill, and pizza preparation
  • Experience in upper casual or luxury stand-alone restaurants
  • Strong leadership and kitchen coordination abilities
  • Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards
  • Clear medical and criminal record
  • Valid passport
