Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pastry and bakery production with high-quality standards.
- Prepare breads, desserts, pastries, and baked items as per menu requirements.
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation quality.
- Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef for menu planning and production schedules.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Experience: Strong experience in both pastry and bakery sections.
- Skills: Smart, presentable, and capable of multitasking in both departments.
- Communication: Should be able to converse clearly in English.
