Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pastry and bakery production with high-quality standards.
  • Prepare breads, desserts, pastries, and baked items as per menu requirements.
  • Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation quality.
  • Supervise junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef for menu planning and production schedules.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Experience: Strong experience in both pastry and bakery sections.
  • Skills: Smart, presentable, and capable of multitasking in both departments.
  • Communication: Should be able to converse clearly in English.
