We have 20 spa outlets and 3 salon outlets across the UAE, and we proudly work with top hotel brands such as Accor, Hilton, Jumeirah, marriott.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site job for a Spa Manager based in Dubai. The Spa Manager will handle the spa daily operations, make sure customers are happy, and maintain excellent service standards. It is a sales-focused role. Main duties include managing the team, budget, and resources, while also overseeing skincare treatments and services. The Spa Manager is responsible for making sure everything in the spa runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Guest Relations and Customer Service:
Greet all guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere upon arrival.
Answer all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries about spa services, treatments, and promotions.
Handle guest reservations and appointments, ensuring all preferences are noted and met.
Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and guest satisfaction.
Provide information and recommendations on spa services, treatments, and packages to enhance the guest experience.
Team Management and Training:
Supervise and manage front desk staff, ensuring a high level of performance and professionalism.
Create work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for front desk associates on spa services, guest interaction, and booking systems.
Provide performance feedback and resolve any team conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Spa Operations and Administration:
Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring smooth transitions and accuracy in billing.
Manage spa booking system to schedule appointments, ensuring that there are no scheduling conflicts and that all treatments are properly allocated.
Monitor inventory of retail products and ensure that spa products are stocked, displayed, and available for sale to guests.
Assist with managing spa records, ensuring all guest information is accurately entered and stored securely in the system.
Billing and Financial Management:
Ensure that all billing and payments are processed accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
Manage spa memberships, packages, and gift card sales, ensuring accurate tracking and renewals.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure the spas cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.
Enforce company policies and ensure that all spa services meet legal and health regulations.
Monitor and maintain appropriate safety standards in spa areas, such as locker rooms, treatment rooms, and common areas.
Marketing and Promotions:
Support the implementation of spa promotions, seasonal packages, and membership drives.
Help with the marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and ensuring that guests are aware of ongoing offers.
Maintain knowledge of spa services, treatments, and retail offerings to promote effectively to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong skills in spa management and achieving sales targets
- Experience in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the wellness or hospitality industry is an advantage
