Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What's On Your Plate?
Consolidate and maintain Total Rewards data from multiple sources (HR systems, payroll, market data), ensuring consistency and accuracy across datasets.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure high data integrity for all compensation and benefits reporting.
Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards, ensuring reliable and consistent data outputs.
Monitor and report on data quality metrics, identifying discrepancies and partnering with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Ensure strict adherence to data governance, confidentiality, and data handling standards within People & Culture
Support analysis related to pay equity and minimum wage by ensuring clean, structured, and reliable datasets.
Collaborate with Finance, People & Culture and Communications teams to improve data processes, automation, and reporting efficiency. Your Plate? /p>
Assist in the implementation and optimization of Total Rewards systems and tools, with a focus on data structure and integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
What did we order?
3-5 years working experience in Data Analytics, Tech, Finance or HR
Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google sheets, Tableau, Power BI etc
Independent, data driven, self-starter and natural ability to collaborate with project team
Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and must be able to collect and work with various data sources for Rewards related projects.
Experience with Workday is a plus
English skills, written and spoken
