Sr. Executive Manager – New Business Ventures General Petroleum FZE

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Executive Manager to lead and support new business ventures across a group of companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing projects end-to-end — from planning and coordination to implementation, follow-up, and closure — while maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and top management.

This role requires excellent execution capability, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across diversified business sectors within a group structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute new business projects from initiation to completion
• Work closely with the CEO & Chairman to support strategic initiatives and expansion plans
• Coordinate and liaise with multiple subsidiary companies and departments across the group
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, government entities, and business stakeholders
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis for potential ventures
• Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables; provide regular progress updates
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for senior management
• Ensure smooth operational execution and problem resolution across business functions
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive-level matters
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend viable strategies
• Support top management in decision-making through analysis, presentations, and strategic input.
