Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Supervise & Lead: Manage the daily activities of the site/floor team to ensure work is done on time ✅ Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. ✅ Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. ✅ Safety First: Ensure all safety protocols and site regulations are strictly followed. ✅ Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports and report issues to the Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile


� Language Skills: Must be fluent in Hindi and English (Spoken & Written) to communicate with the workforce and management. � Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor. � Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. � Leadership: Strong ability to motivate the team and resolve conflicts on-site.
