Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure best in class operational and CX metrics for assigned vendors by continuously tracking performance, and working closely with account managers and chains to drive continuous improvement.
Automate inventory processes, reports, and dashboards (Looker, Tableau)
Drive inventory integration - SFTP, assortment APIs etc., acting as a bridge between vendors and talabat technical teams.
Improve inventory accuracy and reduce out of stock by creating tailored vendor specific SOPs and working closely with the on-ground operations team.
Improve order preparation times by ensuring sufficient picker headcount -drive overall 3-6 months manpower planning with the vendors and also event specific (Ramadan, Back to School etc.) ad hoc planning.
Lead and motivate a diverse team effectively. Continuously track and manage team's performance to ensure it is consistent with objectives and agreed timelines.
Conduct weekly and monthly performance meetings with vendors, agree on next improvement steps and drive it taking full ownership of process.
