Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prospect research and lead generation activities.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Agile Consultants services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects to build relationships.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in client acquisition initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Review applications and conduct telephonic assessments from the existing database to support client requirements.
  • Profile candidate CVs and prepare professional summaries for client submissions.
  • Coordinate internally to track candidate pipelines and provide timely updates.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for operations and business development.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and telesales skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage dual responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setup.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
