Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for Aimo Apps products BY EMAIL (iOS and Android) - note that this is not a call-center position;
- Help-center management (to create and provide updates for products FAQ sections and help guides);
- Support statistics and data analysis compilation;
- Communicating user issues/feature requests to the development/product teams;
- Moderating user reports and escalating legal/privacy/GDPR issues.
- English level Advanced or higher;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Proficiency in at least one other foreign language - German, Spanish, French, etc. More languages are a huge plus!
- Sufficient multitasking ability;
- Active mobile user (iOS or Android);
- Drive for results;
- High level of stress resistance;
- Ability to work remotely, on weekends (regularly) and on holidays (if it's your luck). That's compensated by shorter hours in the office!
- Work on the best products in the niche;
- High income with performance bonuses;
- Free office lunches.
