Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This role ensures timely hiring, strong talent pipelines, and a consistent candidate experience while partnering closely with business leaders to fulfil manpower needs efficiently and strategically.

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Lead the full recruitment life cycle for corporate roles (Finance, HR, Marketing, Admin, IT, Supply Chain, Legal, etc.).
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and manpower plans.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and service levels.

2. Manpower Planning

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly recruitment reviews and maintain updated hiring trackers.
  • Support budgeting and annual manpower planning activities.

3. Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

4. Screening & Selection

  • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlisting.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and coordination with hiring teams.
  • Ensure fair, structured, and timely hiring decisions.

5. Offers & Negotiation

  • Prepare salary proposals in line with internal structures and policies.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to joining.

6. Employer Branding

  • Support Lals Group’s employer branding initiatives across platforms.
  • Develop recruitment campaigns, content, and event participation when required.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.

7. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly MIS reports.
  • Track key metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Present insights to HR and business leaders for strategic decision-making.

8. Compliance & Process Governance

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all hiring processes.
  • Drive adherence to recruitment SOPs and deliver audit-ready recruitment records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition; retail or group-level experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate functions and UAE labour practices.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring independently.
