Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organizations growth plans and manpower requirements.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, senior, and niche roles.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Manage sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain strong engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct and oversee interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and maintain recruitment quality.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, consultants, and industry networks.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance. Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Process Excellence & Analytics

  • Optimize recruitment processes for speed, cost efficiency, and quality of hire.
  • Track, analyse, and present recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to join ratio, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
