Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Update the performance appraisal forms when required and provide assistance in monitoring appraisal process.
Develop & maintain employee job description.
Support in developing & maintaining new employee orientation & induction program.
Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
