Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across digital, technology, and transformation positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective talent strategies.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using a blend of direct sourcing, market mapping, and networking.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of top tech and digital talent across key functional areas.
- Collaborate with the wider HR and business teams to drive employer branding and diversity initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be a strong communicator and excellent in stakeholder management
Bachelors degree minimum qualification
Must have strong tech hiring experience preferably within fintech, financial services or tech companyminimum of 8 years in Talent Acquisition
