Roles & Responsibilities

As the leading luxury e-commerce platform in the Middle East, we re on a mission to attract, engage, and grow the brightest talent who will shape the future of luxury retail.We re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team someone who will champion recruitment excellence, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and play a pivotal role in building the future of Ounass.What you will be doing? Recruitment & SourcingPartner with HRBPs and hiring managers to deliver on approved hiring plans and budgets.Lead UAE National hiring, ensuring we meet or exceed Emiratisation targets.Attend career fairs and develop strong partnerships with universities to build talent pipelines.Create targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume, specialist, and leadership roles.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, pre-screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.Leverage Teamtailor ATS to manage applications, track metrics, and generate actionable insights.Use creative and technology-led sourcing methods to broaden talent reach.Candidate Experience & OnboardingOversee the end-to-end Ounass Candidate Experience from recruitment through onboarding.Manage relationships with external agencies for onboarding processes.Conduct deep dives into candidate experience survey results, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements.Develop and implement initiatives to improve candidate satisfaction, communication, and engagement.Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.Internship & Early Careers ProgramsLead and manage Ounass s internship programs, from design and recruitment to conversion.Build strong relationships with educational institutions to attract top early-career talent.Reporting & InsightsPrepare regular reports on recruitment activity, talent pipelines, and UAE National hiring performance.Capture competitor salary data and market trends for insights and decision-making.Use data to continuously refine sourcing and recruitment strategies.Stakeholder Management & TrainingBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and provide training on best-practice recruitment processes.Keep up to date with UAE labour legislation relevant to recruitment and national hiring.What are we looking for? Bachelor s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.7+ years experience in in-house recruitment, ideally in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.Proven track record in UAE National hiring and meeting Emiratisation targets.Experience managing internship or early careers programs.Experience managing candidate experience programs and process improvement.Strong working knowledge of Teamtailor ATS (or similar tools).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tech solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.What We Offer:A collaborative and purpose-driven culture where your expertise shapes how we attract, engage, and grow exceptional talent.Opportunities for personal and professional development through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to innovative HR practices.The chance to work with leading HR tools and technologies to deliver a premium candidate and employee experience.A competitive salary and benefits package within a brand that values your contribution and invests in your growth.
