Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As our new TA Partner you will be accountable for driving both proactive and reactive talent acquisition strategy for your key business portfolios, including:
Acting as a trusted consultant to hiring managers and business partners regarding talent acquisition strategies, using your expertise, data analytics and market insights to guide direction and approach
Partnering with HR Partners and Business to plan for future demand in the MEA region, in line with strategic workforce planning, carrying out the necessary talent pipelining/sourcing methods to drive Hempel s growth agenda
Being a key player in our current TA transformation journey, using your experience and insights to help drive a varied range of project activity in support of our growth towards a world-class talent acquisition model
Acting as key custodian for candidate experience and as an ambassador for Hempel externally
Conducting interviews and assessments as part of the candidate selection process
Utilising data analytics, insights and reporting to inform TA strategies and also to drive continuous improvement in our ways of working

Desired Candidate Profile

Furthermore we expect you have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
More than 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with end-to-end recruitment from candidates sourcing to offer.
Prior experience of recruiting for factories/manufacturing in addition to corporate roles is preferred.
Good experience of hiring in Saudi and Middle East locations and awareness of local regulations w.r.t to recruitments
Demonstrated experience in working with recruitment job boards, sourcing, local employer brand promotion and talent pipeline establishment.
Prior experience of working with Workdays or similar ATS is a plus
Prior experience of working in muti-national companies and has strong sense of cross-functional collaboration is preferred
Fluent spoken and written English language proficiency
Valid permit to work and resides in Saudi Arabia

In this role you will act as a talent attraction expert and be responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the entire recruitment cycle from strategic planning with business leaders to attraction, sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate experience. You will be based in our office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and you will be managing recruitments for our offices and factories in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East as well.
