Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with experience in HR consultancies or recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment and some background in account management or contract coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, including blue-collar positions

Recruit domestic staff such as babysitters, nannies, and housekeepers—preferably Filipino candidates, but not limited to them

Handle healthcare professional hiring when needed

Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring goals

Manage candidate pipelines and schedule interviews

Support contract and account management processes

Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular updates and reports



Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an agency or HR consultancy

Experience hiring blue-collar workers and domestic staff

Familiarity with recruitment for healthcare professionals is a plus

Prior experience recruiting for GCC or EU markets is an added advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of client/account management

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously


Compensation:

This role offers a fixed monthly salary plus an attractive commission structure based on successful placements.
