Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking for a motivated and people focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, recruit, and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Post jobs, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- F&b experience is a must
