Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a motivated and people focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, recruit, and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • F&b experience is a must
