Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess skills and experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Plan and manage selection procedures, including calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in healthcare).
- Good understanding of medical terminology and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
