Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screen and shortlist resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess skills and experience.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Plan and manage selection procedures, including calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in healthcare).
  • Good understanding of medical terminology and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
