Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions across various departments, with a strong focus on mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, and assessments).
- Review employment applications and background check reports to ensure hiring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect each role s requirements.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at career fairs, events, and networking opportunities to build strong talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in talent attraction, assessment, and sourcing practices.
- Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance talent acquisition processes and strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in recruitment and the staffing industry.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably with hands-on experience in mass hiring and blue-collar roles.
- Strong knowledge of candidate selection techniques and best practices.
- Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership ( can do mindset).
Desired Candidate Profile
