Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the preschool, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Promote the preschool s values and culture to prospective candidates, acting as a brand ambassador.
Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the educational field is a plus (early childhood is preferred).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software (Zoho Recruit is preferred).
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for early childhood education and alignment with the preschool s mission and values.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
