Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience to lead hiring efforts across multiple functions. You will partner with department leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while supporting our company’s growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define needs and guide selection processes.
Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and talent mapping.
Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Conduct interviews and manage offer negotiations.
Track recruitment metrics
Support employer branding and represent the company at hiring events.
Build and maintain dashboards/reports using HRIS, ATS, Excel,
Identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
Qualifications
Masters degree in HR or related field (preferred).
4–7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
