Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and guide selection processes.

• Source talent through job boards, social media, networking, and talent mapping.

• Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

• Conduct interviews and manage offer negotiations.

• Track recruitment metrics

• Support employer branding and represent the company at hiring events.

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports using HRIS, ATS, Excel,

• Identify trends, gaps, and bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems

• Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).

Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR or related field (preferred).

• 4–7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.

• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.

• Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
