Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Leisure, Entertainment, and Cinemas business units. The role involves ensuring timely, high-quality hires, building talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing strategic recruitment insights to business leaders.

What You ll Do

* Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding for assigned business units
* Define role requirements, competencies, and selection criteria aligned with organizational needs
* Conduct candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and assessments while tracking KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality)
* Handle candidate communication and offer processes, including compensation negotiations
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure long-term resourcing strategies
* Partner with marketing teams to strengthen employer brand and support diversity and inclusion
* Ensure compliance with MAF policies, local labor laws, and employment regulations
* Manage external recruitment agencies and use ATS systems to improve efficiency and reporting
* Collaborate with Learning & Development for seamless onboarding and new hire integration
* Participate in manpower and budget planning, preparing reports with recruitment insights

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* 1 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in entertainment or hospitality sectors
* Strong networking and relationship management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and HR metrics reporting
* Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
* Analytical thinker, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
