Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals and support staff.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract qualified candidates for real estate positions including Property Advisor, Leasing Agents, Sales Managers, Marketing Staff, and back office roles.
Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents.
Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Promote the company’s employer brand and culture across hiring channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
equirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and brokerage hiring trends.
Experience hiring real estate agents and sales professionals.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other related recruitment platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
