Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the real estate industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals and support staff.

The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, recruitment strategies, and the ability to identify top talent in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for real estate positions including Property Advisor, Leasing Agents, Sales Managers, Marketing Staff, and back office roles.

  • Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top-performing agents.

  • Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring performance.

  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

  • Promote the company’s employer brand and culture across hiring channels.


Desired Candidate Profile

equirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the real estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and brokerage hiring trends.

  • Experience hiring real estate agents and sales professionals.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other related recruitment platform.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
