Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and medical positions, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with HCI s values and role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and community outreach to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally at every stage.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • HR Diploma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
