Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare and medical positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with HCI s values and role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and community outreach to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating promptly and professionally at every stage.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
