Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for various roles within the organization.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.

Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and behavioral interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding initiatives to promote TANZA BY MAGICLAND ALHOKAIR as an employer of choice.

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.

Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs.
