Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s visibility and reputation in the talent market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR function.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
