Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company s visibility and reputation in the talent market.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR function.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
