Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Tech Talent Strategy & Market Mapping

Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to digital product and engineering needs.

Build detailed market maps for niche tech profiles across Lebanon, UAE, KSA, and the wider region.

Monitor salary trends, technical skill demand, and competitive landscape.

Proactive Sourcing & Headhunting

Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with high-potential tech candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, hackathons, tech communities, forums, and events.

Develop pipelines for Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Specialists, AI engineers, DevOps, and UX/UI talent.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic talent clusters (universities, innovation labs, startup ecosystems).

End-to-End Recruitment Management

Own the recruitment cycle from JD development through sourcing, assessment, interviews, and offer negotiation.

Conduct technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate capability and cultural fit.

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting using ATS tools and dashboards.

Events, Campaigns & Employer Branding

Organize and lead hiring events, tech challenges, hackathons, career days, and digital recruitment campaigns.

Build visibility within regional tech communities through partnerships with universities, accelerators, and meet-ups.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to strengthen the employer brand for tech roles.

Internal Coordination & Advisory

Serve as the primary talent partner for Product, Engineering, and Data teams.

Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and assessment strategies.

Advise leadership on market conditions, candidate positioning, and recruitment risks.

Key Working Relationships:

  • Internal: COO, Regional Head of Talent, Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Data Science Teams, Marketing, Delivery Managers.
  • External: Universities, coding bootcamps, tech communities, recruitment partners, event organizers, startup hubs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

Bacheloru2019s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

4u20137 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years focused on tech/digital hiring.

Prior experience in tech companies, digital product firms, SaaS, cloud, or innovation ecosystems.

Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, agile delivery, and digital product life cycles.

Proven track record in proactive sourcing, networking, and managing niche tech searches.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
