Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver the right talent.
Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth hiring experience for new joiners.
Promote FDC s employer brand through strong candidate experience and presence on digital platforms.
Support manpower planning, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (FMCG or pharmaceutical sector is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS / HR systems.
Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
