Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Review existing Job Descriptions and develop new ones when positions are created to ensure consistency.

2. Build a network as well as recruitment material and presentations needed for job fairs, open days and other recruitment initiatives to display the best possible image of the company .

3. Coordinate with Head of Departments to ensure full understanding of their recruitment needs while providing them with professional advice and guidance on interviewing techniques and candidate selection.

4. Implement best recruitment practices and programs including candidates' assessment and interviewing techniques to ensure the selection of the best possible talents .

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or any other relevant field. A Master s degree is a plus

3-4 years of experience in Human resources and/or recruitment.
