Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidate profiles in the ATS.
  • Assist with creating job descriptions and job ads.
  • Support in preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics.
  • Maintain positive candidate experience and support recruitment events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
