Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Description :
- Support the Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements for employees across various job roles and levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and align learning initiatives accordingly.
- Support design and Implement competency-based learning and development initiatives
- Align training initiatives with competency assessment results to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Implement the process of identification and analysis of training needs of employees across the grades and job families.
- Prioritize the training requirements in line with business priorities.
- Create and communicate the training calendar in line with the training needs identified.
- Identify mechanisms for making available the learning requirements in a cost-effective manner.
- Support in execute learning needs as per the training calendar.
- Identify and schedule training programs to provide maximum coverage of employee training needs.
- Support capture and analyze key metrics to assess the progress of training calendar coverage.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness based upon feedback from employees, their supervisors and benefits to business
- Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks related to training programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, participant registration, and materials preparation.
- Coordinate the organizational goal setting process with key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Oversee and coordinate the performance management process for the Company in the region.
- Initiate and follow up with departments on timely completion of mid-year and annual performance appraisals, including completion of performance feedback to employees and writing effective reports.
- Coordinate and document all appraisal-related activities and approvals from appropriate internal authorities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all performance management-related queries from employees

- Contribute to the identification of high-potential employees to support succession planning initiatives.
- Support in developing tailored development plans for high-potential employees aligned with succession planning requirements.
- Collaborate with the section head to ensure a seamless transition for identified successors.
- Support the conduct of competency assessments to evaluate the skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to define and refine competency frameworks that align with business goals.
- Utilize assessment results to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development plans for employees.
- Support section Head in proactively shaping employee career pathways by mapping required competencies for progression and aligning individual aspirations with organizational workforce needs.
- Support in providing insights and guidance on potential career paths within the organization, considering employees' skills, competencies, and interests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
