Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to build a pool of talented Saudis in areas including (but not limited to):

  • Project Management
  • Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.)
  • Construction Supervision
  • Architecture & Design
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Cost Control & Estimating
  • Contract Administration
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Business Support Functions (HR, Finance, Administration, Procurement)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Nationality: Saudi
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, construction management, business, etc.)
  • Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on large-scale projects across different regions in KSA
