The Talent Rewards Executive plays a key role in supporting compensation, benefits, and core HR operations across our Lebanon operations, while coordinating closely with GCC teams. Based in Beirut, this role ensures accurate records, smooth execution of reward-related processes, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You ll work closely with the Talent Rewards Manager and internal stakeholders to keep HR operations running efficiently, compliantly, and on time.

What You ll Do

Compensation & Benefits Support

  • Assist with medical insurance renewals, updates, and employee enrollments
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits and compensation records
  • Support salary adjustments, allowance updates, and reward-related changes
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems and documentation

Leave & Attendance Coordination

  • Track, review, and process annual leave requests
  • Maintain up-to-date leave balances and system records
  • Monitor attendance data and flag discrepancies when needed

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Support onboarding and offboarding on HR systems and prepare required documentation
  • Coordinate with IT for system access, email setup, and equipment
  • Support employee changes such as transfers, promotions, and exits
  • Respond to employee queries related to benefits, leave, and HR processes
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information at all times

Documentation & Internal Coordination

  • Maintain organized employee files and HR records
  • Prepare HR letters and official documentation when required
  • Coordinate with internal teams on HR-related requests and approvals
  • Follow up on pending HR actions to ensure timely completion
  • Support additional HR initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1 3 years of experience in HR operations, rewards, or administration
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with HR systems
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through effectively
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
