Responsibilities
Partnering with recruiters: Work closely with the Lead Talent Partner and other global recruiters to not only deliver candidates, but also shape where and how we search for talent.
Market mapping & insights: Build intelligence on talent pools, competitors, and market trends, becoming the go-to person for where the best talent lives.
Building pipelines proactively: Anticipate business needs and create pipelines before roles open, giving us speed and an edge in competitive markets.
Engaging with candidates: Develop creative, personalized approaches that spark interest from candidates who are not actively looking.
Developing personas: Translate business needs into sharp, evidence-based talent personas that guide sourcing strategies.
Supporting global growth: Extend sourcing impact beyond UAE, helping other offices ramp up by providing talent insights and pipelines tailored to local markets.
Driving impact with data: Use sourcing metrics not just to report, but to recommend smarter strategies and continuously raise the bar.
Championing reach & diversity: Push our efforts further by finding talent in overlooked places, supporting our commitment to building diverse teams.
Requirements
Proven sourcing expertise: Extensive track record in sourcing across multiple functions, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies.
Market intelligence: Skilled in talent mapping, competitive research, and providing data-driven insights to guide hiring strategies.
Candidate engagement skills: Strong ability to craft compelling outreach that resonates with passive talent across cultures and markets.
Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
Collaboration & influence: Confident working closely with recruiters and hiring partners globally, offering insights that shape decisions.
