You will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations.
PwC Middle East is seeking a n experienced Tax and Legal Services (TLS) , Technology leader for its Digital Assets ( DA) team . T his leadership role oversees the strategy, governance, and delivery of digital assets across the Middle East T ax and L egal practice (1,200+ professionals) and manag ing a team of 20 + professionals ( product managers, Tech and AI developers, L1-L4 support teams, data / business analysts ) . The DA lead will be responsible for shaping the long-term technology strategy, ensuring the smooth functioning and delivery of all TLS digital assets , and enabling innovation through advanced technologies, including data analytics and AI.
The successful candidate will be a bridge between business leaders, global PwC technology teams, and TLS stakeholders (C -suite , and practice leaders), ensuring alignment of digital investments with strategic business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term digital assets strategy for TLS in the ME .
- Ensure governance, prioritization, and alignment of technology initiatives with PwC global standards and local business needs.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of 20+ digital tools, including:
Localization of global PwC solutions
Automation & analytics initiatives using Power Automate, Alteryx, Databricks, and Power BI.
- Ensure sustainability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of deployed solutions.
- Lead and develop a cross-regional team of 2 0 + professionals . Build a high-performance culture, with clear goals, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Education & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles, preferably within professional services, consulting, or large enterprise environments.
- Proven record of accomplishment of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong background in project and portfolio management.
- Exposure to tax or legal services is advantageous , but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology leader with strong governance, communication, and change management skills , able to operate effectively in a complex, multinational professional services environment.
