Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including order taking, food service, and cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Support team members and maintain smooth workflow during busy hours.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations as required.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Food & Beverage or QSR industry
- Skills: Good English communication and interpersonal skills
