Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate technical onboarding: Guide new clients through platform setup, ensuring seamless integration and a positive initial experience.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks: Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor: Build strong relationships, providing expert guidance on platform features, best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Manage and resolve technical escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to provide swift resolutions.
- Conduct regular technical health checks: Proactively assess client environments, identifying areas for optimization and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Champion client feedback internally: Advocate for client needs and priorities, influencing product development and service improvements.
- Develop and deliver technical training: Create and present training materials to empower clients with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
- Analyze client data and usage patterns: Identify trends and insights to inform strategic recommendations and drive client success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or cloud computing industry.
- Holds relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar.
- Exhibits strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Displays strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for client success.
- Has experience working in diverse and global teams.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
