Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and domains.

Translate high-level objectives into clear milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.

Identify dependencies, manage risks, and ensure alignment between engineering, QA, product, and operations.

Oversee program performance through detailed tracking and transparent reporting to leadership.

Leverage prior software engineering experience to engage in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and system design sessions.

Evaluate and challenge design choices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Working closely with solution architects and development leads to ensure best practices in engineering and DevOps.

Guide integration between systems and ensure consistent adherence to enterprise architecture principles.

Implement program governance frameworks, delivery standards, and metrics for quality and velocity.

Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies across squads and programs.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and quality assurance processes.

Promote continuous improvement across engineering and delivery pipelines.

Serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.

Coordinate across multiple departments (Product, Data, Security, Infrastructure, etc.) to align priorities.

Provide regular executive updates, dashboards, and risk reports.

Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resource allocations.
