Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Electrical Electronics communication Engineer for our Technical Sales department who are knowledgeable in proposal preparations, estimation and Sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively communicate the technical benefits of products to target markets.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, showcasing how solutions meet their specific needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that highlight product features, benefits, and ROI, tailored to the client's requirements.
Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive landscape, enhancing strategic sales approaches.
Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and assist in product development and improvement initiatives.
Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support, leading to repeat business opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities and performance metrics effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in technical sales or related roles, preferably within the technology or engineering sectors.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical), or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of product functionality.
Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Experience in understanding and articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions that drive sales success.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events, demonstrating commitment and engagement.
