Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are growing our team at MCT Group and looking for a Technical Sales Engineer, a well seasoned, hardworking, smart and over achieving Technical Sales Engineer with proven experience in construction chemicals industry.
Your main responsibilities would be business development management and identifying new sales opportunities.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the products; reviewing professional establishing personal networks. publications;
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Civil Engineering/
Business Administration/Marketing
Minimum of 4-years' experience in Sales.
Knowledge: Admixtures for concrete, Adhesive and
Bonding Agents, Flooring, Primers, Thinners and Cleaners, Protective Coatings, Sealants and Filler Boards, Surface Treatments and Waterproofing.
Good professional written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiating and planning
Problem solving
Selling to customer needs
Presentation skills
