Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical control systems.

• Promote and sell electrical control panels, automation systems, PLC-based solutions, and HVAC products.

• Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with engineering and drafting teams for solution development and drawings.

• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and presentations.

• Review tender documents, prepare bid submissions, and handle negotiations.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Electrical Control Panels (LT/HT panels)

  • PLC systems and automation

  • MCC, PCC, VFD systems

  • Control wiring and schematic understanding

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single line diagrams (SLD).

• Experience in AutoCAD (preferred).

• Good understanding of electrical standards and industry practices.
