Job Description: Telecalling Executive


Job Summary

We are looking for a clear-speaking and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. Your primary role will be to reach out to potential customers over the phone, explain our services, and generate interest or book appointments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of calls daily to prospective clients using a provided database.
  • Service Explanation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of our services/products to customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and call statuses in the system.
  • Follow-ups: Call back interested customers who requested more information.
  • Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly calling targets and lead generation goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic computer operations and data entry.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Environment

  • Role Type: Full-time / Office-based.
  • Shift: Standard business hours
