Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for future reference.
- Engage with clients to provide product knowledge and answer inquiries, establishing trust and rapport to facilitate successful conversions.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, converting interest into tangible sales opportunities through effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of sales principles.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service, showcasing proficiency in handling diverse customer interactions.
Certification in Sales or Communication can enhance credibility and demonstrate commitment to the profession.
Experience in the BPO or real estate industry is a plus, providing specialized knowledge in those sectors.
Telugu and Kannada Languages is mandatory
