Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end test cases for order management functionalities within BSS applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
  • Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of order fulfillment processes, including order creation, modification, cancellation, and activation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and validate test scenarios for the Dubai market.
  • Develop and maintain test data and test environments for order management testing, considering specific Dubai telecom regulations and customer profiles.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as ISTQB or similar, demonstrating a strong understanding of software testing principles.

  • Demonstrates 4+ years of experience in telecom BSS testing, with a focus on order management applications.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of telecom industry standards and practices, specifically within the context of Dubai's telecom landscape.
