Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries to generate leads and fix appointments with potential clients.
Promote company services and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
Use LinkedIn and other social platforms for professional networking and social selling.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Update CRM systems with accurate lead information and call logs.
Stay informed about the latest updates in the industry and the company s products and services.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
What We re Looking For
1 year of telemarketing or sales experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling rejections
Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
Team player with a positive, goal-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure
Salary & Benefits
